Overview
ZiaSign's Referral Program lets you invite others to the platform and earn rewards. When someone signs up using your referral link, they receive a free Pro plan and you make progress toward milestone rewards.
Getting Started
- Navigate to Referrals in the sidebar
- Click Get My Referral Code to generate your unique referral code
- Your personalized referral link is created automatically
Sharing Your Link
Once you have a referral code, you can share it in several ways:
Copy Link
Click Copy to copy your referral link to the clipboard. Paste it in emails, messages, or anywhere you like.
Social Sharing
Share directly to social platforms with one click:
- WhatsApp — Opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message and your link
- X (Twitter) — Opens a tweet composer with your referral link
- LinkedIn — Opens the LinkedIn sharing dialog with your link
Email Invites
Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated) in the invite field and click Send Invite. Each recipient receives a referral email with your unique link.
Tracking Referrals
The referral dashboard shows your key metrics:

| Total Referrals | Lifetime count of successful referrals |
| Current Cycle | Referrals accumulated in the current milestone cycle |
| Cycle Number | Which reward cycle you are on |
Milestone Rewards
As you accumulate referrals, you unlock milestone rewards:
- A progress bar shows how close you are to the next milestone threshold
- The reward label describes what you will earn at the next threshold
- Once claimed, milestones are tracked in your earned milestones count
When all milestones in a cycle are completed, a new cycle begins with fresh thresholds.
Referral History
The Recent Referrals section lists people who used your link:
- Email of the referred user
- Date of registration or link click
- Status — the referral outcome:

| Registered | User signed up using your link |
| RewardGranted | Referral counted and reward applied |
| Fraudulent | Referral flagged and not counted |
Pagination controls appear when you have more referrals than fit on one page.

What happens if a referral is flagged as fraudulent?
Referrals flagged as fraudulent are not counted toward your milestone progress. The referral history shows the status of each referral including Registered, RewardGranted, and Fraudulent.
